Glad it worked out for you old army, mine is supposed to be here today. I checked the # and it's only about an hour away. So it's on its way! I'll post pics and such when it gets here.

NO NO do you think with gas tank off that the bracket off a 290 will work for Gen/stater the 2 engines look somewhat the same and muffler I think if you look at the pic I sent you have's to turn over come down under the clutch side I am thing of somehow taking the header of the stock muffler on engine and just adding pipe back to the muffler. I still have to come up with a pulley for starter

I was wondering the same thing old army, I'm going to try to make it work myself. If I'm not mistaken, the FE290 muffler will also work on this engine with few, if any mods. If you can, try to find a muffler off an FE series engine, they will work out much better because I *think* the will pretty much bolt right on. The muffler on the FZ is ported out a different spot, so that is why you had to reroute your pipe.

I may use that muffler and airbox and such until I have time to get it set up the way I want it, but eventually I'm going to use my air box and breather hose so I can have the choke. I think the FE series muffler that Club Car uses will work with the engine, not sure though. Looks like it should.

How do I route that up to my body? Keep in mind that Club Cars use a button that shuts off the air flow as a choke, not a cable.
