Re: 90 Club Car Progress.
Went for another ride with the gps picked up another 3 mph runnin at about 27 now . And seems like it has alot more bottom end . Guess tightening the belt helped with that.

Re: 90 Club Car Progress.
Runnin the heck out of the cart yesterday, the kids love the hills and as fast as possible. After several laps cart started loosing power bad on the up hill climbs, sounded like the engine was struggling to get rpms and just not getting the rpms needed. The 1 hill is approx. 100 ft at say 30 degrees. Half way up just won't go . Dosn't do this until the 4th and 5th attempt.

Re: 90 Club Car Progress.
Have not ridden my cart since October. Needs some work done. Have been trying to get out there and turn a wrench . Just can't find the energy. I hope soon . Have to weld exhaust make a new hanger, remove rear clutch and repair. Would love to put the other engine in . Trying to move closer to my sons so maybe they can help more often. I have a friend lives down the road ,helps with anything I ask , but dang he can break up some stuff. Big boy not much common knowledge but he tries. I think he has a 4th grade education. Have a great day yall.

Re: 90 Club Car Progress.
Now it needs a battery. and exhaust repair and the rear clutch repair. Come on warm weather. The cold air hurts to much.
