Default Carburetor spacer bolt

My carburetor spacer bolt snapped of flush on the carb side and about 1/16 inch sticking out on the other side... Any ideas?

Yep, the spacer breaks pretty easy. Good thing they are only about $15.

I gotta get the bolt out of the aluminum first, it's broke flush on both sides

You mean broken off in the head, not the plastic spacer? You sheared off 2 phillips head screws? That takes skills...

The threads were supposed to be M6-1.0, like many bolts on yamahas. Get all the plastic air shrouds off first, then heat & oil are your friends. In an aluminum head with an aluminum block, this is gonna be tough to do with the head still on the engine.

Only one broke, it broke so easy I'm gonna try drilling it and see what I can mess up

If you can, try to center punch it first. Then a left handed drill bit usually will pull it right out.

Finding something short enough to get in to drill it is my project for the weekend, I'll work on drilling it Sunday

You can buy left hand drill bits cheap at Harbor Freight. Those bolts are only torqued to about 3 pounds. I'd try taking a center punch, starting at the edge of the bolt, trying to back it out.
