Ok so I blew all the dust out, replaced the bearing, brushes were still about 80% so I left them. Put it back together and noise is gone. The bearing actually spun freely but had the slightest amount of play in it. Thanks for everyone’s input and help! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

I have to replace a bad front wheel bearing which is loud now the motor is quiet. This cart is pretty quick. With phone GPS and 8 month old batteries it cruises at 18mph on stock tires and flat roads. Has me thinking of doing a Riot Kit Jr from Plowman’s on my G29!!!
