Default Life of premixed oil

This arctic cat engine is my first 2 stroke besides my weed eater so I'm still learning a lot about it. Question how long can the premixed oil sit in a tank of gas before it starts to deteriorate? Thanks :) :)

I want to say it doesn't... Its made to mix and stay mixed. I have had experience with A LOT of 2-stroke engines and never had any problem with the mix seperating. If you are worried about it, shake it a little just to make sure.

I agree with Mitch on this one.

Just be weary of the gas degrading.

Good point on the gas part... I always use Sta-Bil in my gas anyway to keep it fresh

Heck, who needs oil anyway? I'd run it without it for a little while to keep the muffler clean.

Synthetic oils will stay mixed, bean oils will separate. Why use bean oil? It smells really sweet.
