1996 Club Car
Changed neighbors CC DS to smart charger and by-passed OBC....worked fine first day and now after charging again over-night it does not want to move--what should I look at first?

Re: 1996 Club Car
Ive read where the obc has a lockout feature. The yellow wire from obc to - of solenoid would need to go from solenoid to -48 for a complete bypass. As if u were going to remove the obc.
i would try removing charger then remove the - cable at batt 6 for a min then reconnect and see if you have cured the lockout. I assume you just took the sense wire to -48. this little test wont hurt....maybe a really good techy can jump in and fix ya if this doesnt. |
