Default How long do new MCOR's last

I've gotten a lot of valuable info on here, enough to diagnose my bad mccor last summer. Anyway I put the new mccor 4 I got from a friend that works for local CC dealer. It worked perfectly and solved all my issues, but now the same issues are coming back. Are these things known to go out quickly or would I have something making them go out quickly. 2009 CC Prec. - Alltrax400 prog. controller- Plum quick purple motor- 6" lift with 23-10.5-12 AT's

The MCOR4 has proven to be pretty solid. What issues are coming back?

Slow speed jerking mostly, with sometimes a throttle loss(slow down) at full pedal. I can do the pedal 25 press with key off quick fix when it gets annoying enough but it eventually comes back. I originally had the MCOR4 with those issues but the purchased a new MCOR4 and cured it all. Just wondering if I may have gotten a bad one for it to only last this long.

It's possible. You definitely have the symptoms.

No. That simply bypasses the micro switch that makes the solenoid turn on. His problem isn't related to that circuit within the MCOR. His problem is related to throttle fluctuation.

Do You ever drive the cart in places where the MCOR goes under water?

No, I use it for hunting a lot and rarely even get into any water holes. I try to dodge what I can but regardless I've never had it get wet other than raining when in use. I really think its the MCOR but just wanted to see if anyone may see what I'm not seeing. At $100 a pop, I cant afford to go throwing that around every 6 months.
