They were very careful designing a motor for my speed demon cart on a recent order as several choices would have put me at 100 amps at full throttle. That would have delivered faster speeds but at the cost of my batteries and they didn't feel comfortable with that.

I ended up ordering a motor that would lower full throttle amp draw to below 70 even though I would loose some performance (speed).
Thanks for the info. I just got off the phone with Vic w/ D&D thats what he told me. He also said get rid of the EMP motor and that is what is causing the short run times. Think I have several issues working against me, looks like I'll throw more money at it.

You will love a custom D&D motor, Vic won't steer you wrong. That man knows electric motors.
