1999-2002 da regen clicks and wheels jerk
I've left the cart up north in frustration and am away from it until next weekend. All I meant to do this morning was put in the $800 batteries and drive it out of basement storage. Cleaned all connections and frame from crappy old batteries last fall. Last summer you would have to push pedal down once, charge light would come on, then release pedal and depress it again and off you would go. Sometimes. Now with new batteries (49.5 volts across terminals) lots of clicking going on and wheels jerk a bit (on jacks). Clicks when fully depressed, not partially? Could this whole problem be the throttle potentiamitor?

Did you put cart in TOW before working on batteries? If not you blew a fuse or the controller.
