02 IQ wiring diagram doesn't match what i have

I recently inherited an 02 club car IQ 48v. I am trying to do a little troubleshooting before spending a lot of money on batteries. I borrowed some batteries from my friends cart and my charger wouldn't work. While checking for basic wiring issues I found that my cart wiring doesn't match the diagrams I have downloaded. Basically the my motor has the A1&A2 wires connected to the controller but the F1&F2 wires (blue and orange wires) are not connected to anything. In addition, my motor has a pigtail coming from the front of it that is not shown in any of the diagrams. Can anyone please explain this to me.

Weird, are you certain that it's an IQ? What is the serial number?

For additional info...... The pigtail on the motor consists of a red, green, and black wire w/ white stripe. All of go to a plug on the Curtis controller.

Amen CC that is exactly what I have. Now I can get back to troubleshooting. Wonder why my searches didn't show that diagram? Any idea why the S1and S2 would be unplugged? The info I got was when it died they just let it sit instead of buying batteries. I found out the rectifier was bad in his charger. He said that no worked on it, they just parked it and bought a gator.

Would there be any risk just reconnecting these wires or could they had been disconnected for a reason?

I'd reconnect them and see what happens. Make sure cart is in TOW first

Can't hurt to try to hook them up where they are supposed to go...
