Default Carryall 272 Question or Two, new Project

So I bought another group of Workhorses, and in the mix was a pretty darn clean Carryall 272 ... Just under 550hrs, FE350 engine, Locking Differential, Factory Lift with 23's, etc - pretty darn nice cart compared to the "Standard" Carryalls, much larger and better-built frame, HUGE dump box, etc.

I went ahead and picked up new seats and mounts, went through it completely (needed almost nothing other than routine cleaning and maintenance) took a few extra hours to buff it all out, threw on some new shoes, ordered Carbon Fiber Wrap for the hood, new headlight bezels, etc - so far she shined up nice and is coming along

My question is regarding the transaxle, this thing has almost TOO much pulling power (crazy on hills, like they weren't even there) - I would like to go with a slightly faster gearing in the rear end (say 8:1) however I'm not sure if the gearsets are the same for the trans with the locking differential as the standard ones, anyone have any idea? This thing is geared REALLY low right now and only hits about 18-19mph (and that's on 23's) so if I could bump it up to mid-high 20's I might actually consider adding this one to the "Permanent" Stable ...

Thanks in advance, I should have the wrap done and the brushguard back from coating and installed by Tuesday or Wednesday, I'll get some better pics of the "Finished Product" (cosmetics, anyhow) midweek

Looks nice. What did you use for seats and how did you mount them? I built a flatbed for my '92 Marathon Beverage Cart and could use some decent seats.
