Monterey, I went through the same issue with my cart. Sergio is right my buzzer never came on and the only thing I did was disconnect the main negative cable from the battery pack. Read my thread about the same issue and it might give you some help. Your charger should time itself out after 16+/- hours. It might take several charging cycles for the batteries and OBC to get to know each other. My charger and OBC work perfectly now. Hope this helps.
