Re: Club car wont run
If you have a yellow wire in the small terminal of the solenoid ground it to the battery pack negative and try again

Re: Club car wont run
Everything is hooked back up now - have been charging now have 52 volt reading - The solenoid does not click, and when the pedal is pressed the cart will jump. Also when the pedal is pressed the voltage on the post with the yellow wire will drop to 0, but when you let up it comes back slowly. The solenoid I took off did the same thing.

Re: Club car wont run
Greg-G - I just went back out to the garage and grounded the yellow wire like you said - it will run. What does this mean?

Re: Club car wont run
If I found the correct wiring diagram the yellow wire has a fuse between the obc and the solenoid. Most likely it is bad.

Is it hidden in the harness?

Re: Club car wont run
I just pulled the yellow wire from the solenoid to the obc out of the loom and there is not a fuse in it.

Re: Club car wont run
The fuse, if preeent, is on the Red main power wire to the OBC.
If the fuse was blown, none of the OBC functions, including the charger control would work. It looks like just the lockout function is not working, just leave the yellow wire on the solenoid small post going directly to B- or pack negtive. The only issue is that the cart would run with the charger still plugged if for some reason you try to run the cart with the charger plugged. |

Sergio knows more about this than I ever will. I'd say you are good to go then.
