Care to elaborate? I just rode the cart 20 mph down the street (probably another mistake). I'm pretty good with electronics, just didn't realize it was spinning under the socket. What should I be looking for as in do the terminals make contact with the brushes, magnets, basically what im I looking for? or should I just send it off for a bandit?

You guys have been a big help. Carts 100% again. Took me awhile to clean the terminal and solder the terminal back on but the good news is the bushing shims (pennies) did the trick!

Solder may not hold there. They are usually welded.

Used high temp solder that I use on my rc motors (forgot the name) but they run way up to 220-230 before it pops. If not I'll take it and get it tacked. Sprayed the wheels and side panels when I got it put back together. Sadly I don't have a before pic:mad:
