On a 2002 G19EX 48 volt, how many volts does the battery pack need to ne at before the computer comes back on?

I cant say exactly, but i do know a Drive (Moric controller, not GE like G19) Will run with only 3 12v batteries installed. You better just barely feather the gas pedal, or it will shut down.

Yep, gotta get that pack voltage just a little higher, then the charger will "kick on" normally. Do some "back-to-back" charges with the cart charger to boost it back up to near 100% before trying to drive or test it (once you get it to kick on). I thought you meant "at what voltage will the motor controller 'try to work', not what voltage will the charger 'start normally'". Use a car battery charger to boost 'em up a little more (2 batteries at a time, for about 20 mins for each pair, on the charger's 12v/20a setting, or closest setting available). Those batteries may work, but they have been harmed/diminished by letting them get to this level.
