Winch install
I'm going to install a winch on my vanish and thought i'd check here first for some advice. Is there a problem with getting my power from to batteries in series to provide 12 volts, using a battery switch to power the winch only when I need it?
Thanks in advance Michael |

Re: Winch install
That is how they are OEM wired as a dc convertor often wont have the current to provide the winch full power under a heavy load. Just make sure to charge the batteries good after heavy use so the two you tapped don’t go bad. Another thought I have heard is to rotate the connection to tap a different pair of two at some point depending on winch usage.
