Unhappy Drive Clutch coming loose

Hello Guys,
Finally got my 84 EZGo running. Took a few trips around the yard and the bolt that holds the drive clutch to the engine shaft came loose. I cant seem to get the bolt to stay tight. As soon as i run it 50' it loosens up again. What am i missing? Any help or leads would be appreciated.

Lock-tight and torque.....I'm guessing around 60-75 psi ( and I'll prolly get slaughtered for doing so..... )
What are you using to put it on with?

I tightened by hand, then ended up taking the clutch off and inspecting it. One of the three pins (guide pins?) inside the clutch is missing. Would this be the cause of the clutch bolt loosening. How do you replace one of those pins?, from the inside of the shaft?

Not to sound stupid but did you put the lock washer back on? I also found out from this forum that the clutch won't work right unless you have 3,6 or 9 weights mine only had two pucks in it, I took it apart and put 9 in it works great, It is a comet clutch. Here is a Link that might Help? Good Luck

sounds like the clutch is wore out, if it no longer fits on the shaft correctly it'll just keep coming lose. I normally tight them up till the impact stops turning.
