Any battery below 8.2 V is toast for sure. You can try the 1 at a time method but it will wear out the new battery faster. Replace any battery showing below 8.2 volts until you have the ability to purchase a new pack as a whole.

Without seeing some more detailed and accurate voltage readings no one can say accurately how many of your batteries are failing and at 3.5 years old they are pass the hump and are really not worth investing in just one or two new until you can replace all at once.

Ok so I replaced the batteries in the cart and gave it a full charge. It’s no longer jerking it’s just hesitating the whole time. MCor issue or speed controller?

Just for giggles check your speed sensor. Cart in Run mode, push the cart, does the back up alarm beep at you? If not, either the back up buzzer is disconnected or the speed sensor is bad. Cracked or damaged magnets can be a real challenge to find.
