Default Tomberlin emerge has voltage but no power to the wheels

I have a 2010 Tomberlin emerge that has voltage to the motor but won’t provide power to the wheels. Breaks aren’t stuck and batteries are brand new. The wheels have been greased with no luck. Thinking about pulling the motor next. Has anyone experience a similar issue?

Do you have power to anything? There is a switch under the emergency brake that might need adjusting. There is also a cable coming from the onboard charger that won't let it move while charging. You can connect that cable directly to the battery to bypass the shut off.

I have power to everything. Checked all fuses and they are good as well. I’ll check the switch under the e-break and test out the cable from the charger option.

Almost the same issue with my 2010 Emerge 500SE. I experience one of three things with I hit the pedal:

1 - nothing happens
2 - runs fine for 100 feet then nothing
3 - it stutters

I jacked it into the air and when the wheels did turn, it didn't go over 4 mph. The batteries are under 1 year old and register 48 volts output.

Check the Speed Sensor on the motor. My Tomberlin 2010 Emerge 500 had a defective one and I couldn't get my golf cart to move or when it did move it wouldn't move faster than a crawl.

Stuck motor brushes sounds like all of your problems. Pull motor, clearance the brushes, reinstall, and cart will run. Ive done too many to count. Its a yearly thing I see when these cars sit. No parts required.
