Default G22 fsip 221-48vspeedey install

I installed the FSIP motor last night. There were no issues and it fits perfectly on the G22 as well. I will say the key is to take the shocks loose at the top and use a jack to jack the frame up a couple inches off the suspension. Taking the body off was literally 6 screws and took minutes. There are some tight working spaces but this is an easy task. Just make sure to wear gloves. I have some cut and bruised fingers, but then again I just tore into it. Will finish the install today and update.

I do not have the speed sensor yet but can I run the cart without one for a couple of days?

Just steal the plug off the sensor on your old motor. Red to red, black to black, green to blue.

Yeah I was gonna do that. That is easy. Unfortunately the motor did not come with the sensor. FSIP is overnighting me one. Excellent customer service by the way. So I was just going to run it without one for a day or two. Is that ok?

You will have to disable rpm limit in alltrax, or you will get crap speed.

CGtech, can you tell me exactly which setting to change just for the day?

Jake, thanks for the compliment. You like my cables? I made all 2 gauge welding cables (I have a hydraulic cable crimper)

32 on 18" tires. A little too fast but I can fix that. Very nice motor and controller.
