Default reverse lights

does anyone know if the two sides of the forward reverse switch on 2000 regen 2 cart has two completely separate contacts. I was thinking that would be a great place to hook up the reverse lights.

So I took the time today to pull the fnr switch out and test it. I found that the two sets of poles are independent of each other. I hooked power from my key switch controlled reducer to the switch and from there to the reverse lights. Worked like a charm and was pretty easy. hope it helps others.
