Default OBC bypass to troubleshoot 99 DS

So I think I may have a bad OBC but need confirmation on the bypass. I've read the sticky and think I understand... At this point I just want to bypass the OBC enough to see if the cart will drive. So, will running the yellow solenoid coil wire straight to B- allow the cart to travel if the OBC is what is cutting out travel?

Problem: I noticed the PD charger stayed on overnight and past lunch next day, this is unusual for my cart because the batteries are healthy and watered. The batteries were hot. Pack voltage was 52.3 volts off charge. I put it in reverse and backed out of the garage then put it in fwd, nothing. Then reverse wouldn't work. All fuses good. Primary solenoid is not clicking, the reversing contactors aren't pulling in. Fwd/rev rocker switch is good. I connected to the Alltrax SR4800 controller, no trouble codes are showing. I tried to reset the OBC with no luck...

Is your reversing contactor using the ground from the solenoid or is it a separate circuit?

I used the factory red/white stripe wire for the reversing solenoid ground. I'm not sure exactly where that wire terminates but it's a factory wire that goes in the factory wire bundle. I believe it was formerly connected to the factory fnr switch before I did the conversion. Been a while so I've forgotten how I did it. I think Sergio walked me through it back at that time.

I just tried jumping the yellow wire from the primary solenoid coil straight to B- and that alone didn't do anything as far as the cart traveling. Also, the charger still works, and has a delay before coming on.
