If only I had this schematic. Where can I find that? I have a diagram you attached and another Johnnie sent, but I don't see activated values on either. I'm sorry if I don't know how to read these...

It is more like 51V if the batteries are charged.

Measure the voltage with the plug plugged in.

Everything in the drive system, except the throttle, runs on battery pack voltage.
Lights, radios and other accessories typically run on 12V.

Here's a service manual for it, maybe it'll help.

I'm unable to open the PDF, it says its corrupted, but I think its something with my account. Can you email it to me?

I appear to have full pack voltage at all of those pins, but I now have a checklist of what and how to check, so I'll be going through it again.
