37.62 sitting pedal depressed all the way down 36.50 cart trys to barely move. I'm stumped

Have you bypassed the solenoid by putting both big cables on one post? If it works then you need a new solenoid.

I found it,the dang swiper was broke on the end where it holds the contactor part. All looked fine until I actually grabbed it. Then it just fell off. I put a new one on,and now it runs,but when it gets to about the third contact from the top it will rip your neck off. Then if I floor it all the way it drops back to normal power. No idea why it is so powerful on the on contact. Any ideas of what to look for

Sounds like the wires to resistor from v glide are not wired right sounds like full voltage at half throttle
