As you know if you took your carb apart and cleaned it throughly then you should have found jets inside of the carb that may still be clogged up, it doesnt take much to clog those up. You may have to start your cart with starting fluid to blow out some of the dirt left in the carb that you didnt get out with the first cleaning; once you get it started with starting fluid run it slowly and gradually excellerate and repeat. You may need to use the choke also. If that doesnt do anything you may just have to pull the carb out again and make sure you clean all of the jets really well. Good Luck!

I would check for spark and compression if it has both i would give it a shot of starting fluid to see if will infact run. If it does you know you have a fuel problem.
