Default Help! Leaking gas/fuel tank.

Hi all...
Here is my issue, I live in Spain, which is full of cowboys that think they can do everything. They really cant!

Some idiot stuck a screw driver through the tank of my Yammy G1 a while back, i had it repaired, looks like he melted on some plastic to cover the hole, however, yesterday i noticed that there was gas/fuel leaking from the same place, touched the melted on plastic and it came off. Now im left with the original hole.

Thank fully i saved the majority of my gas/fuel. I have seen on the internet to get some stuff to seal it internally. However, i just want to do the same as last time, as im moving back to UK and selling her in a few weeks... She is then going to someone who is going to give her a good going over and will become a great project

How can i repair this hole? like i said, its about the width of your average screw driver. Thanks

If the leak is in a flat spot maybe a bolt with two fender washers
and gaskets to clamp the hole shut.
