1994 g-9 posi?
I have been reading the site for the weld up job to get positraction. All of the articles I have found are for the Club Car. Any body out there tell me what to weld on a Yamaha and if its a good or bad idea?

I think you weld the same gears on the Yamaha. If welded it will tear the grass up when turning. Not a good idea if you drive on pavement.

Thats right Dave, and it won't turn well on or off road.
I would have to think that these old style tannnys would be getting scarce. You can't buy axles and other parts for them now, so putting extra strain on them, might be sending them to an early demise. |
