Default jakes g1 lift kit

I like the quality of the lift ive installed many on different makes of golf cart but every time i have to clean the powercoat out of the bolt holes and off the ends of the kingpins so the bushings sit down flat so the spindles are to tight. is it just me or does anyone have this problem

I had the same problem. I just used a dremel tool to clean it up.

i had to use the bottom hole on the upper shock mount to get the camber right but the top hole when i measured it gave me another inch of lift but i went with the bottom hole for the even tire wear

No MM, pry open the rear sheave to take the belt off. Make sure you dimple the frame pretty good. I had to take a torch to the sucker!!! Well worth it!!
