G8 wont shut off gas
I bought a G8 gas and after i hit the gas it wont shut off untill i pull the battery cable.The key switch is goog,silenoid new,stop switch is good.What else could it be?

Unplug the voltage regulator and see what happens.

If I unplug the voltage regulator it will shut off.How can I test the voltage regulator?If I unplug the voltage regulator and put a test light on the R/W wire and push the gas pedal and let off the light goes on and off.thanks

Block, did the V R short, and back feed the R W wire, like Crash is referring to? Or what I'm thinking Crash is referring to? Trying to learn something here.
