Arrow 89 gas differential ??

its an 89 gas ezgo. the bearings have came apart on the input shaft and i cant get it out because i dont know how! LOL... Can someone PLEASE HELP ME!! ive removed the clutch, the pan, the snap ring on the input shaft, and un-screwed the governor, the governor will not come out either. what am i doing wrong?? do i need to take the chunk and axles out? i did notice what looks like a freeze plug on the back side of the case behind the input shaft. If the freeze plug has to be re-moved please include directions on how to remove it also.. from what i can see the bearing appears to have welded itself to the input shaft. ANY ADVICE WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED!!!
THANKS>>>
