97 Club Car hesitation
97 that hesitates ocassionally when you press the gas pedal, sits for a few seconds then starts..replaced the rev limiter last year otherwise cart runs well. This hesitation doesn't happen everytime just intermittent

Check and make sure your starter belt is tight, Even being a little loose will cause it to slip and hesitate.
