Default Cart squeals and hops on hills!!!

Anyone have any idea what this could be... Won't make it up a hill will two adults. Put new drive clutch and driven clutch on it thinking that would fix the issue

the drive belt needs to straighter then that at WOT!

Springbok is more familiar with the KF82, and clutches then I am, I'd wait for his reply!

Looks like you installed the later style clutches which the drive clutch is longer than the one that came on your cart, you need to offset your engine about 1/2-3/4" to get that belt lined up properly.

How do I go about doing that? Will i need to drill new holes to mount the motor ?

Side note the reason I installed the new clutches is becuase i figured they were the reason it bounced and what not

Can you show me a better picture of your driven clutch? I'm wondering if you installed the pre-87 driven clutch, because the belt position is different.

Just post up clear pictures of both clutches at rest so I can see your setup and compare it against mine.

Can you get a pic so I can see the side of the driven clutch? Like where the nut is on the outside? I'll get some measurements off mine tomorrow and maybe we can figure out why yours is so far off...
