Default Is my EZ-GO a DCS or PDS?

Hi everyone,

I'm newbie. My Electric EZ-GO model is G498 (199 and I'm trying to figure out do I have a DCS or PDS. I want to purchase a speed chip and I'm getting conflicting information which years the chip can be used.

I read that 1996-Current is the TXT. Electric TXT's come in normal, DCS (Drive Control System) and PDS models.

Can anyone help me? Thank you from La Paz BCS Mexico.

PDS didn't start in the 90s I don't think. Forward/Reverse button on the dash would be PDS. Fwd/Rev down by your legs is DCS. The tow/run toggle on the controller cover is also a PDS feature.
