low end power problem
I have an early '90s electric Club Car that I just put new batteries in. The top end speed is fine, but it is very short on low end power. I can't get it to climb even a small incline if starting from a stopped position. Do you have any ideas as to what could be the problem??

Re: low end power problem
Nope. Almost like the batteries are dead. But they're brand new and charged. Even tried a different charger. On flat ground it goes fine though.
