Default Club Car DS Solenoid Clicking - Cart will not move

I am a newbie to the forum and to electric carts. I bought a 1984 Club Car DS for running down the the lake, park and restaurant.

The cart has been great but she quit today. I had it checked out and I was told there were 3 bad batteries and 3 bad solenoids. I picked up 6 Trojoan t-105 installed all 6 and still the same clicking coming from the solenoid and cart won't move.

I assume I should replace the master solenoid or micro switches. Any ideas what I should do next?

Thank you in advance.

you can jack the rear up and jump the master solenoid and see if that does it, its the furthest left one without the resistor coil mounted on top........if you jump it and cart runs replace it as the clicking you hear is more than likely the speed solenoids but with the master being good they mean nothing................................

jump the large post of it....a peice of 10 gage or a peice of battery cable touch both large post at same time..........it will throw a spark so be prepared but with those posts jumped see if cart will run if so replace it...............you can also lay something like a screwdriver across them just make sure its not touching anything else.........................................

OK I used to have to start an old 85 F150 like that on occasion. I talked with a cart repair place here and they said if I was getting 4 clicks then the master was most likely bad a friend is bringing me a new one, I should know in the next hour. I am hopeful it is not the motor, what do you think?

The solenoid is here. Since there are 4 connections and there is no indication of what goes where. It seems it does not matter but want to be sure. Obvious will hook same order but is there a left or right so to speak? Thanks.

if you have nothing double check your cable connections and make sure they are right, buzzer has nothing to do with solenoids so you had to hook a cable up wrong...............................
