Default melex 252

I have a Melex 252 I bought thinking it was like the ezgo. Not so much. I found a big cable diagram for it. And emailed Poland factory to see if I could get a regular wiring diagram or a schematic. No luck so far.

I have the reverse buzzer working but not moving forward or backward. On checking the on off switch, its 37v on both sides, and all the wires are blue for some reason. I suspect its been rewired as it had old masking tape for labeling on the wires. I'm tempted to try running wires like ezgo, but components not quite the same.

Has anyone got a diagram or experience with these carts?

I have a similar issue. I purchased a 252 or 212 and someone had done some make-shift wiring deleting the solenoid.
I have see several wiring digrams but nothing that I can figure out. do you have any pictures of your wiring at the F&R switch and the solenoid?

I will take some today and try to get them up here. My pic might not help much being a lot of the control wires are light blue. This will probably be what I have to do to fix this as it seems no one has help for it.

I have a parts book for a 412.
The numbers just show as cable # so&so, but if you can make sense out of it good luck.

I have another Melex in the shop now. I got it thinking it was a ezgo. Anyhow, I'm rewiring it also and ran into my old wiring diagram for the 252. I think I fixed the first one routing the small control wires correctly. But i didn't write it down or take pics.
Anyhow, so you have resistor coils? If so, here is a diagram for it.
Also, be sure to check all the microswitches for function, and make sure the solenoid is good.
I'm taking pics of my Melex when I finish as I know I won't just remember what I did.

I got my cart running. It may be a 412. Here is the electrical diagram I used to wire it. I have it labeled as an early Ezgo . It is a basic resistor 36 volt that looked more like the cart.
