G19 Troubleshoot cart stopped running

Troubleshooting my G19. My daughter and son-in law were on a ride when the cart died. The batteries are good at 51.6 volts. We have been getting lot of rain and I am sure they hit their share of puddles. Getting ready to start the troubleshooting process from the service manual. The solenoid does click when the run/tow switch is moved to either position. It doesn't click when the accelerator is pressed. I wanted to make sure that this is not normal and that I will be running the "CAR WON'T RUN EITHER DIRECTION, SOLENOID DOES NOT CLICK" section of the service manual. Any input for me as I work on this problem? Thanks, Weasel

Solenoid should click on when tow/run flipped to run. Solenoid should shut off after a short amount of time. Solenoid should be off before flipping to Tow. You should be waiting like 30 seconds before moving the tow/run switch, as instructed on the label next to the switch that no one reads/follows, not doing the old "button mashing routine" on it.

You are correct in that I neglected to see that writing on the run/tow switch at say to wait 30 seconds. Guilty.
