Default Stock '86 fuel pump questions

The early gassers had a frame mounted Electric fuel pump. It is much bigger than what the later models used... I think mine is overpowering the float valve in the carb.
1. Does anybody know what the psi was suppose to be for this pump?
2. Does anybody know if there is a pressure adjustment? There is a single phillips screw in the top with a dab of yellow paint on it???

Sounds as though the float valve is sticking open.

Everywhere !

Just to wrap this up and answer my own questions ....
The gauges show that the stock electric fuel pump on a 1986 CC operates at 3psi +- 1/2 pound consistantly.
There is no psi adjustment possible
