Put in maintenance mode and see if the clutch is working properly

Does the clutch spin up? Does it look like it tries to grab the belt?

There are several reasons that this could happen, tell us what you have checked so far. Anything?

clutch is spining but doesn't look like its trying to grab belt

or missing woodruff key.......make sure bolt is still in center of driveen clutch and woodruff key is still there.......................................
