Default pls help with timing

Hello Again,

The gas is still spitting out from the carb to the air filter. It's blowing out instead of sucking in the gas. It cranks and sparks but won't start. If this is a timing issue how and where on the motor do I find the cam?

What is the best approach for adjusting the timing......

Again, thanks --
p.s.
does anyone have any idea how to find out what engine this is? I have the serial number of the cart AG8628102506.

And if this buggy is identifiable where can I find diagrams?

Thanks again!!!!
Larry
