48 volt cc charger problems
I have several chargers that when hooked up on couple different carts they are kicking on, but shows no volts on charger meter or on meter at my batteries they are 48 volts before hooked up but other one I had still would kick on and show more volts is this a problem on the inside of my chargers or what have like 3 different chargers doing the same thing

Either the lead fuse bolted to the back of the charger receptacle is bad or the on-board computer on the cart has failed and won't let power pass through it.
