I understood the reading just want sure what wires are what I don't have a schematic on it :( yes I know they are not golf cart batteries they are group 31 semi truck batteries I wanted to see if it was a go before I spent big money on batteries and as for the switch I just checked and nope f is reverse and r is forward

what if the wires on the 1/2 speed micro Sw were hooked to the micro switch wrong ?
Would the 1/2 speed Rvs resistor be in the circuit when in fwd?

First, Your cart model does not have a 1/2 speed micro-switch, the speed control is done by using less than full voltage for reverse, 24v in your case the way you have it wired.

Since the direction of travel does not match the way the lever is pointing, You need to switch 2 cables to correct the problem.

In Your cart model, the best thing is to swap the cables at the motor.

Disconnect the pack negative cable to prevent a short and make sure you 2 wrenches when loosening the nuts to prevent the motor posts from turning.

That purple cable from the FNR should be connected to motor post A1, if not, swap A1 and A2 at the motor.

If the purple cable is connected to A1, swap S1 and S2 cables at the motor.
