36 volt overcharging
Bear in mind it's 9 degrees here right now. The cart is in a non heated garage. I intermittently charge the batteries to keep them at full charge to avoid freezing. But today, my digital voltmeter showed 42.7 volts after charging. The reading was with the charger disconnected. I've always seen them at 38.2 at full charge. An issue???

Re: 36 volt overcharging
The charger will bring the pack up around 45v before cut-off. It may take 12 hours for the pack to fully settle to 38v (full)
