As far as the Trojans I assume you are referring to the Rangers? I don't know if they will make that big of a difference.
This chart was made by a member that frequents the EZGO side. It's a couple of years old now I think but still useful info.

I vote for the XCT controller. You can keep the factory motor unless you get the 500 amp version.

Ordered alltrax xct400 FOR THIS 2012 precedent.im doing 4 inch a arm lift and 22x11x10 tires,what is best motor to get back lost tourque from tires without spending a lot.and do I have to change solonoid and cables

What is best motor to get back tourque lost to tires without spending too much
I'm doing 4 inch a arm and 22x11x10 tires
And do I have to replace solonoid and cables
