If the only thing broken was the case, you can transfer the guts. Label everything and take lots of pictures.

Sorry blekenbleu, speed read right past your post.

Yes, the micro-switch that completes the circuit for the Solenoid is inside the VGlide and the Arm is what pushes the micro-switch lever.

On mine the Vglide moves off the micro Sw,
uses the NC contacts, sends 48 V to the solenoid

When it pushes on the micro Sw, it opens & deenergises the relay

Pic is In full throttle position:

Thank you for the pic! The arm on mine was wobbling all over the place. Hopefully this wil fix it and I dont need a controller.

I got the vglide replaced today, hooked everything back up and nothing. Still not a click from the solenoid. Batteries are at 52v. Dang

Solenoid engaged with 48v from key Sw, to micro Sw in Vglide, (press go 48 v goes to micro Sw on FNR Sw , if in F or R, that gets the +48 to the solenoid. Small post on solenoid
Should have + 48v
-48v (yellow wire) on the other small stud on the solenoid comes from the OBC.
( Inhibited if the charger is plugged in)

Check solenoid;
jumper +48 (red wire on it) & - 48 ( yellow wire on -Neg post ) on the small studs, that should engage the relay
Should hear it click

Put a jumper on small studs and nothing happened. No click.
