Speed Hut GPS speedo finally installed
Work is work, holidays and the Navy is not a good mix.... got a couple of hours today to install and test Speed Hut GPS speedo. OMG, this thing is dead on accurate and now I have an exact measurement of miles and speed.
Have the vinyl skin to install, but time is a premium, hope to be able to get done in the next few days, skin and then WWP / CPO decals, then done. Santa brought spacers for the back, much better look and corners much better. Not impressed with the “bush wacker” fender flares, the front match the body lines good, the rear are so far off, I am not too sure what they are going to look like, but a little heat on the plastic and they will fit good…. I hope. Also, notice Scottyb's digital battery indicator... someone will comment on the variance on the indicator, but hey, it took me almost an hour with all the interruptions to get these pictures taken. Also with the neighbor kid turning lights on and then off, for he thought the blue back light on the speedo was “cool”, gotta love the kiddos~ |
