Re: batteries not charging completly
it takes time and plenty of charge/discharge cycles for a set of batteries to come up to 100% so theres a chance at 4 months old that they arn,t there yet now if you suspect they should be there and that you have an issue theres nothing other than working with whoever you got batteries from to try and get resolution..................one thing thats hard to get used to is that cart batteries arn,t like auto or deep cycle they just need a longer break in period and it has to be done right or they will never get to 100% we are used to things like just throwing a battery in the car and thats it done..................you almost need to baby cart batteries.......................

Re: batteries not charging completly
Did you update to the correct OBC for the 8v conversion? I remember David saying one should do this so the batteries charge correctly...

Re: batteries not charging completly
I am sorry but I don't know what the obc is. I assume it is the charger and if that is the case it was not changed. The cart has been running fine until the last few days.

On Board Computer. I remember David mentioning that this should be done as well but don't remember why. I thought it had to do the way it charges the batteries correctly. Maybe he will see this and chime in. He is a CC technician.

I am sure that was changed when the conversion was done.
