Default 2004 Villager 6 Need Schematic and Help

I am trying to fix a club car for a friend. I am a small engine shop owner by trade. He has a 2004 Villager 6 pass. that won't move in forward or reverse. I have 48 volts at motor in forward and around 8 volts at motor in reverse...no sounds or movement from the motor in any direction. we did hear a click from the soeniod in forward when we pressed the pedal down...any ideas??? Please help if you can... the serial number is M0444-455187

Thank You!!! I know it has 6 batteries and I assume they are 8 volts each. I will get all that info and get back to you soon. He lives about 40 miles from me and it is difficult to get any internet there.

. . . six batteries can be either 36v or 48v . . . count the cells per battery, ie, filler caps . . .
