What to do First
What upgrade should I do first?
Just picked up a 2002 EZGO shuttle. Stock for now. I plan to purchase a package kit from ScottyB along with 2g wires. Long travel lift kit with 22" tires from Jakes. New 48V batteries. I think the ScottyB package makes the most since for the first upgrade since I really can't do the batteries until I have the upgraded controller and solenoid and cables. Also assume that the stock cart won't turn the larger tires. Your thoughts? |

Re: What to do First
1. If 36V pack is usable, install controller, solenoid & cables and get the bugs worked out, if any exist.
2. Up the battery pack to 48V while still running on stock height tire to verify everything is working like it ought to. 3. Then do the other stuff. |
