I have no problems at all reading my meter from Scotty b at all I can see it in full sun w/o glasses and also with my sunglasses ( costa del mar 580 green mirror)

That's a meter from carts unlimited ( Scotty b) I have one on mine too it's a pretty trick piece

That looks like an RXV dash in the picture 2manytoyz posted. The blue DVMs are from e-bay.

The picture posted by Springlake is a series cart with a DVM from Scottyb.

Yeah I have a Scottyb meter on my cart and love it.
Ok, I looked at 2manytoyz album and saw that is an RXV.
I love that switch on the dash, it's a power switch, gear select hybrid.

Can these be installed using the wiring to the idiot light? Or do I need to rewire it?

Should be able to all it needs is to be wired to what ever source you want to check voltage on

If you have a CC, no. The idiot light is connected to the OBC, which is not the voltage of the pack.
